Aside from making sure to address all the queries, you should not overlook a question or a portion of a question because questions include facts which you can use in answering the questions and writing your essay as a whole. - Address or Follow Instructions – Legal essays require that the essay writing student must be able to satisfy what is asked by the essay questions or instructions. You do this by following or addressing the instructions involved. Aside from simply following instructions, you should address them. There are instructions or questions which involve more than just merely following them, you must satisfy what they need or asking for impliedly. One example is the instruction to discuss an issue. In law or legal essay writing, discussing an issue is not addressed by writing an argumentative essay which is usually one-sided. You discuss a legal issue by presenting the elements involved in the issue and the sides of the parties involved.
